Tt 15s

I picked up 2 used tt15 collars and I did the updates for software. They pair easily to my 200i but won't show up in the training list. They track just fine just can't even tone either collar. So then I added them both to my 100 and at first they showed up but wouldn't do anything, but then all of a sudden they started working on it but still nothing on the 200....any suggestions?

Definitely will be calling Monday but was hoping for some ideas before then, I can't seem to get them to do the factory reset.

Have you updated your handhelds? That will be the first thing they ask. Then, are the collar lights blinking 3 times?

It was a simple fix, just had to go to Training setup and add the desired corrections to the collars, never had this issue but Andrew at double u had me straightened out in 2 minutes!
