Cur with an Eye problem

Has anyone ever seen this. Happen overnight eyes swollen almost shut, the inside red part is swollen also a little puss seems lethargic a little. I thinking poison or some kind of spider/bee sting maybe ? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I had a plot/walker that did that every spring, he had allergies and had to give him allergie med each day,so you might want to talk to your vet and see if that could be it.
