No Oklahoma lost to Boise
How about Utah and alabama last year bama took a beating not even in the same league as utah and TCU was a fantastic team last year again.
The level of play has come so much closer together in the last 5 years it is amazing.

BSU has hired a PR firm to do nothing but bring some "big schools" to play BSU on 2 game, 1 game at each school. Do you see Florida, Alabama, Texas, ect. on the schedual?? They dropped the 2 game requirement, and said we will play you on your home field on a one game basis. Where are the big boys?? Can BSU beat them all everytime? NO! But the "big boys" can't run the risk of being beaten "high school boys" from Boise.
Okla. was sternly warned that they better not go to Tempe and lose to "Little" Boise.
When BSU loses those five seniors, you would think that the "real teams" would be standing in line for a shot at Boise.
I am hoping BSU can get the job done, but TCU is no fluke either. They beat us last year and both teams are better this year.

Well put cab,unfortunately if Boise wins the big boys will say TCU was over-rated and if TCU wins it will be "they should have". Fact is there will be 2 undefeated teams when it's all said and done. Who do you think will end the season ranked #2? My guess is Texas.

Well so far its a pretty even game. Oh didn't bama get beat by tenn? Thats right they are not undefeated! Well the only way we will know who is gonna come out on top is watch and see who has the most points when the fourth quarter is over! Go horns

I was for the Frogs but BSU deserved that win. TCU recievers were covered tight. That fake punt was gutsy considering the field position they could have given up. I don't believe either of these teams would beat UT or Bama, IMO.

Dereke; You may be totally correct, but until the Mighty Horns, or the Tide steps up to the plate and agrees to play the little guys, we will never settle the issue. The will play Okla, why not play BSU?
Suprised at the D on display last night?? What were you watching the first game of the season when the mighty ducks ventured into Bronco stadium to avenge last years butt kicking? Check the stats and you will see why the total lose of composure after the game by Oregon.
How many of the BSU victims played in bowl games this year? Count them!!

Bowl games are not really about naming a champion team, they're about which match ups will bring the most money. Unfortunately will probably never go to playoff system simply because of the money. Seems there are a lot more bowl games than there used to be, wonder why? So it's just one of those things thats fun to talk and argue about. Which is better, walker or blueticks?

You are so right. It is all about money. That was the purpose behing the BCS system in the beginning. Bring the "Big Guys" with the $$$ into it and keep the little guys out, so they don't have to "share the wealth" outside of their circle of power.
Does any of the proceeds from the bowls go to conferences ouside the BCS, except through the "bowl busters" and the bowls that they pay in?

I think that the only ones outside of the BCS Confrences that get money are the ones that play their way in.

Here is a question for you: Why should the money go to any but those that earn it?

I think BSU had a pretty good team this year and played a darn good game last night. But I don't think they would have competed against some of the other top teams this year. Their only ranked win was against Oregon at home on the first game of the year. They don't get a lot of credit because they can skate through an easy conference schedule. In some of the other conferences, BSU would not come out of conference play undefeated. Just my opinion.
