Yeah, we are doing ok, Shuttah had her babies
4 Plotts, walked into the barn yesterday, first thing to run up to me was the ugliest bluetick/walker/mutt cross!! It was the first time I saw them so you can imagine the feeling in my gutt when I saw them (These pups are 2 weeks older then my pups, half the size lol)

They are native but do not go very far north. They actualy cover about the same range as Jaguar, both are sorta tropical species and don't do well in the cold. I found a funny u-tube video of a Jag trying to kill a coati.

Maybe the Jag was young or pen raised... I always wander abit about those nature shows. Jaguar being so rare and nocturnal while the Coati is a daytime critter. One thing I do know is my Buddy dog could give that Jag some lessons in killing Coati
Thier Canine teeth are more like little tusks, not blunted like you see on a dog.
Here is a site with alot of info about them, from a "Cute cuddly" perspective, guess some even keep them as pets...
