LCK , if you want sure results on running coyotes and forcing them to ground or bay combine your cold trail hounds with pressure hounds you'll be amazed at the difference it makes. It wont detract from the fun you having as all the individual types perform specific functions in the team. You'll still have your cold trailers make the music and holding the line and they will get in on more successfully finished races.

Even if they get there a little behind it is still good for them to get in on kills.Often it brings out qualities in your cold trail hounds you havent before noticed in terms of determination to get in on the kill.

Get yourself some hard terriers for the ground work , you can keep them boxed on the pickup and only introduce them to the holes when you need them. A couple of good old English Fox Terriers would be my choice with males weighing in at around 18 pounds or so. Mine drive a 180 pound leopard male out of a cave. They are very hard terriers.

Trust I may have been of some assistence.

Catch you later - Roy Sparks.
