Wyoming has always been a zero cat policy when it comes to WG&F. The ranchers tell them how to do their jobs and that's that. I've been cat hunting the bighorns for 25 years and it's always been high quota's and kill baby kill.

hahahah well wyoblast if wy ranchers where in charge of the game and fish and tellin them how to do there jobs then the deer and elk lisences would be cut in half and have a set quota on cats and we would allso be givin land owner tages that we could sell to hunters so before you go cussin the ranchers maybe u should sit down and think who keep all the stuff u hunt alive most the year
