Thanks guys.....
No we let him go....we have put up several toms this year but if we hope to ever get some quality cougars over here a guy needs to walk away from time to time and hope someone else does not go in behind you and take it.

I wish everyone around here would have the same mindset Spanky. Unfortunatly that is not the case.

The lion hunting is no differant up here Spanky. Every 130 pounder I've let go for the last 7 years has been shot behind me. Than guys don't weigh it, and go around town telling everyone about the world record cat they got. There is the odd big one but few and FAR between.

And the thing is all the 100 pounders are getting shot out just as fast.
