Its is sad and even here in California we are having to deal with it. Up here in Northern California for about the last 20-25 yrs I have seen people moving in from Southern Cal and the Bay area by the 1000's. They come up here on vac. and fall in love with our Mts. and lakes the snow and trees. Then they see how outstanding our schools are and the fact we had no gangs and they sell the little home for down there for 5 times what homes go for up here. Then the move on in pay 3 times what some one is asking for a home to get it now and not 90 days from now. They do this not caring that it raises the price of homes to be out of touch for the people that have lived here for 10 generations. They bring there kids and grandkids and they bring the gangs with them. Then the push to stop logging cause they love the trees, they push to stop the fishing cause they love the salmon, they push to stop the farming cause they love the water in the lake. And then they sit back in there little paradise 25 yrs later the roads look like where they came from with all the cars. Home prices are out of reach, gangs are running around acting like little jackasses. With all the trouble they caused to logging, fishing and farming were left to get office jobs or move to more secluded country leaving our family land behind for them to destroy even more. Yep got to love this country and where its headed.
