99 out of 100 people would assume that the poster treed the cat...don't matter to me one way or the other. Beautiful pictures and i'm glad it was left to run again. Know a guy who has an outfitter business who contracts with guides in a nieghboring state to take his hunters out. He has posted pics of bears with the words" WE treed this one in such and such place". He was'nt even in the state where the bear was treed. Some guys are just insecure and have to build ego some way or another. Don't really understand it, but that is human nature. Not saying that is what happened here, just making an observation.

With this site or any other hunting site, Hound site, or whatever, like 99% of the users, I expect straight, honest, information and stories. When something comes to light that isn't, then it should be called.

I will let my reputation as a Houndsman, Hunter and Breeder, stand for itself.

My name is Wes McCOLLISTER, I live in Fernie, B.C. I own and operate Bullpine Blueticks. I have hunted and bred Blueticks for over 26 years.
I don't have to be jealous of anything.........

Thank you Wes for calling out the misleading post. Hope the best for you and yours!

I agree with Bullpine. The person posting pictures doesn't flat out say he treed them, but sure does leave it for us to think that. Wierd to say the least.

This is the type of B.S. that gives everybody with a hound a bad name. The post was clearly meant to convey that he caught the cat very recently and then let it go. Otherwise it would have said, "Hey, look what a guy I know caught three yeas ago...isn't this picture cool."

The original posters signature says " The bull shit stops when the tailgate drops".

The tailgate will never drop when you sit at home poaching other peoples pictures.

I have read all the comments to this post and really have to question people’s integrity. No one should be posting pictures that are not their own, unless they have permission from the person that took the photo in the first place. I don’t post pictures on this site for the fact they can be poached. It goes so far that, I have addressed friends for posting picture of me and my family on Facebook without asking, I have nothing to hide, I don’t use Facebook, I don’t want complete stranger knowing my name or my kids names or what we look like. Whether or not the gent that posted the picture lead people to believe he caught it, is of no consequence. It was wrong to use it. This reminds me of the fellows that go around buying thirty inch buck mounts to display in their homes. Instead of poaching a talking peace, work your ass off to make one of your own.

I had Brett Farve do the same thing to me. Imagine the dissapointment that lady reporter had when she saw his little thing.

Casey, exactly where did you post that picture Brett poached from you. I heard Buddy was pretty upset when he found it in the classified section on BGH under redbone for sale.

Ok guys, stand down. I think you have him on the run. It's probably not the most irresponsible thing anyone has posted on here. It is doubful he will post another picture that he did not take.
