I have a friend that got a pup for a decoy dog from the fry's a couple years ago.

Darrel fry does coyote work on a regular basis with his dogs unless he has retired since the last time I talked to him{last week} but he hasn't raised any litters in some time. bill fry and his son garrett has litters once in a while in california

Derril,bill or Garret do not have any decoy dogs for sale.I talk to these guys a lot.Derril and I have the same blood in our dogs,Derril does not have a true decoy dog right now even though he works dogs on yotes.I tried hounds many ago for yotes work all I got was a yote dog after that,to much trail not enough brains(I'll catch hell for that}?

I talked to both Bill and Garret Fry this week....Nice guys!

Do you think a guy could use one from the Fry's line to decoy? I want to decoy and trail with the same dog....Pretty tall order to fill!

Idcur, do you use your curs on bobcats?....

Bobcats,lion,bear,hogs and yotes.Most of the fry bred dogs with Striker blood will decoy and trail also.The blood out of Bill's yellow jack line is a little better in speed and grit.Mine have both and I like them.

Sweet.... In talking to the Fry's I get that feeling, Thank you for your opinion...I'm like a kid going into a toy store and wanting one of everything but in reality I should only expect one toy....I ask a lot from my dogs and expect them to perform on all game....I just can't decoy with a trail hound....I have only hunted behind one cur dog over the years, it was a little black Stevens cur and back in the late 70's, It would bay or tree every fall bear he trashed on while coon hunting at night alone....Little dude would run a bobcat like a bobcat dog and locate as good as any hound you ever seen.......Never thought I would have some running dog blood integrated into my dogs either....Never say never in the dog world!
