That is a great looking puppy! I know that they are excited about getting him and seeing what he can do. One thing is for sure, he will get hunted, I think they have hunted just about every day since July!

Paul, it will be a year or two, but I will keep posting updates on their progress. I just bred that Sugar Creek bitch. Do you still want a pup out of her?

Here's an update on the pups. I went into the oakbrush and dug up a few plants. The pups found the spot the next day and could recognize and follow my trail for four days after. Temperatures were freezing at night and 65-70 in the day and dry. This was in the loose leaves. Not too bad for 12 weeks old. As for a breeding program, I believe that I will keep mine pure.

Here's some update pics of the pups. They just turned 4 mo.'s old. I'm finding them to be extremely intelligent and take to disipline very well.

They are looking superb Tim.
I think Drifter is going to be something very special.
Have they given some voice yet?

Sorry, but they are not the best pics. I will work on some better ones. Dakota has started to give voice some. It is VERY nice! I am constantly amazed at how well behaved they are, at such a young age. Dakota continues to use his nose more than the others. Diva is very attached to me.

Wow! Ears galore! Cool looking hounds definatly like nothing I have seen over here.

Hey if any of you get the Beretta guns and merchindise catolog there is a photo of a hunter in there with a hound that looks very similar but is redticked. I didn't know if this is possibly and Italian hound. Check it out if you have a chance.
