actually i have seen it and it was a mix pack of walkers english a couple blues and a few plotts im not picky if it does the job ill feed it but i have also been on a hunt where a pack of black and tans fought a bear on the ground for about 2 and a half hours

jared if OUT ON A LIMB or CATCH were telling the story their PLOTTS would have stretched and killed that bear on the ground and it would have wheight 500 or 600 . :lol: i do like to hear PLOTT CHASERS talk i always get an education :beer HOPE ALL YOUR TRACKS END AT THE TREE .BIG TRACK

Now, I have never said my dogs would kill a 500-600 lb. bear. But I can tell you this, a 300 lb. is not much of a job!! LOL


Just a question for you top notch, never stop, bear treeing mixed up pack of dogs owners. Why do 90% of you guys that run a mixed pack always have a Plott in the middle???

Plotts are the only dogs that make real bear dogs!

ha ha ah i love this website every one talks so much shit it brightens my day and it is better to tree and let live but i didn't shoot that bear and it wasn't my guide i was just a tag along and the kid really liked its coloring so talk on everyone ha ha and i beg to differ on the plott thing i have a plott love the hell out of him but seen many packs with not one in it

This is a mixed pack without a plott in the middle :wink: but if I want to make sure we cover all the breeds I just hunt with Stitch or plottproud :lol:

Gotta love it, great pictures LoneWolf, thanks for sharing, and even a redbone right in the middle as well, who would have ever believed it? Damn that's a good looking dog and firing hard to boot!

thanks hes all plott lookin but his dad is a cameron right from del cameron and his mom is a pocohauntus spelled wrong probably but hes a good dog

You will find that most bear hunters if not all have some Plott in the middle doing the work for the rest to watch!
