Everyone can ride the soapbox of "he inherited this problem" all they want but it don't hold water. Sooner or later you have to look at the guy running this country and hold him accountable and stop trying to push his screwups off on someone else. Obama's bailout, stimulus package and record spending was supposed to fix all this wasn't it?

i agree the stimulis package was bs. but we were in trouble way before obama was elected. i do think people should be held accountable for there actions but how can you blame a problem that has been in the making for 8 years on someone that just took office? oh because the stimulis package thats right. well i doubt that caused the problem we now face, so who is to really blame? there are more people to blame then one man. walkersrule: nope i don't think they are retarded just was sick of the retard that was in office last. .

What would your banker think if you couldn't pay your bills and you told him your plan was to spend yourself out of debt?

The so called hard working people who can't afford health care - either aren't working hard enough...or spending their hard earned dollars on "more important things".

The root of the problem is that the average American citizen is lazy, could care a less about this country and has a very selective memory. They know next to nothing about the history of this country and even less about the downfall of some of greatest civilizations on this planet.

Education and experience are the culprits in this issue. The majority of Americans lack the education to correctly understand and analyze the current situation and the coming ramifications. There is an intelligent and highly educated/experienced minority in our country with their own individual Ideals that determine their use of this education/experience. Some waste it on abstract theory, others use it for self promotion and increase, and a DAMN FEW use it for the betterment of America as a whole. Then you have the media which fall into a group of twisted self serving lying shits. Which leaves the populace to play Russian rouillet with their future, through ignorance of the truth. A advantage Americans do have is the luxury of looking at the outcome of certain laws and regulations and social ideologies that have been enacted in other countries past and present. It is common sense to use others experience's to better your own life or government . Unfortunately we don't do it often. If the outlawing of private ownership of firearms has been proven to cause a dramatic increase in crime, do you continue? This argument could be carried for months with factual instances where govt. involvement has degraded the lives of it's citizens and a similar argument can be made for the lack of appropriate design and use of a govt. The solution to are current economic problems as a nation could be modeled after the solution's used in past economic crisis, here in our very own nation. If you know the solutions devised and what effect they had on our country, I doubt your defending the current Administration. To build a nation you must first build a working family,village,county,state,then finish off with a national govt. that represents the whole from the bottom up. That's my babbling thoughts and I will clarify it for anyone who has a question or argument at least until I get bored with it

I'm already bored with it. I decided to just sit back and watch this country self -destruct, while I follow my hounds 'til my hearts content!

I pay for my Wife $295 and My 18 year old Daughter $220 per month.. If their is anything worse is that I may be Taxed on That $$$ I'am Shelling out ..

I say Do Away with All Taxes for about 4 months .. Their will be so many fokes Paying off Bills and Spending $$$ the Economy will take off so fast it will make your head spin !!

Why I Voted Democrat

I voted Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I've decided to marry my horse.

I voted Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn't.

I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

I voted Democrat because freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.

I voted Democrat because when we pull out of Iraq I trust that the bad guys will stop what they're doing because they now think we're good people.

I voted Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves.

I voted Democrat because I believe that people who can't tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don't start driving a Prius.

I voted Democrat because I'm not concerned about the slaughter of millions of babies so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

I voted Democrat because I believe that business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as THEY see fit.
