If you dont care for canned or sausge.Try bear jerky remove all fat add salt and pepper. When I can venison I put in 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 beef bulion cubes.

yep/ shorty marten got me hooked on it/ yrs befor(many yrs befor) gerald McDannles cooked us some stakes marrined and bbq / was terrably good/ its all in the skimmen off of the stink and once ya got that done prepare it rite and cook it an add country sausage gravy/ dont taste no look like beef liver then an it sure does eat !Ankle Express wrote:OK Gator has got this right.
