Question for anyone who knows.
I am new to this and am getting my first hound tomorrow. I want to get an astro.
From what I've read the DC40 collar is not as good as the DC30. I am probably going to get an astro 220 with a DC30 collar while I can since I've read so much negative on the DC40 and the DC30 is not being made anymore.
If I get a DC30 now and in a year get another dog and can only find a DC40 can I run both collars on the same astro 220 unit at the same time?

I don't own a DC40 but yes you can track both collars with the Astro.

Yes he's right there have been no changes to the 220 since the DC20's The handheld is the same with just software upgrades which you can do yourself.
