A wild and exciteing day. I got bit by a bear!

ya a chainsaw , cut the mucle, never hurt a bit . maybe like a .0001 out of a scale from 1 to 10 .10 being bad. i can feel it know ,hold on a second let me grab my vicodine, ahh much better. . the worst part was the no insurence . if the muscle woulnt have been cut i would have went to the taxidermy to get my stiches ,

Today we went out, struck a bear pretty early. Turned out the hounds, after a bit they showed treed so I went on in to the tree. I got about 15 yards from the dogs, it was really thick and brushy so I could not see the dogs but could hear them. As I was climbing up a steep bank a bear busted out of the brush, slamed into me knocking me down and bit me on the leg, luckily my dogs was on him quick so he ran. I got up got my camera out and ran after the dogs and got some pictures of him on the road and some after he treed. He treed about 75 yards from where he attacked me. What a day!!! Got some stories to share with the guys at work monday! Here are some pictures, I didnt get a very good one of the bite was more worried about getting it cleaned and bandaged, they are some deep puncture wounds. I will get some better pictures tomorrow when I chang the bandages.

Here are some of him in the tree after he treed and some of my dogs, my young pup Jake was in on the bay up and the tree. He did great I couldnt be more happy with the Blues Brothers, doing great at 13 months old.

Just figured id through this out there and put my hand in the pot before someone else does so for some weird reason you dont make it through this bear bite but I call dids on howie, and Sadie lol

LOL. Well you know Mike, they already have your initials on them. I couldnt ask for two better dogs! Glad I have them!!!!
