I also consider myself a christian. Christ has been my focus basically all my life. Wthout him NOTHING in my life and I mean NOTHING would be the same.
I am really glad to see this post!!! I had gotten away from hunting since starting a family, moving and starting a new job and everything. As I tried to get back into hunting I never really felt comfortable going into the woods with some of the people I was meeting. I am a minority hunter and some people just aren't that "welcoming" so to speak! So this post is great. If there are any GA, christian hunters please pm and let's talk!
Good luck and good hunting!
Doc Neal

i was saved at 15. i know without a doubt its the best decision i ever made and i thank jesus for shedding his blood for me, i didnt deserve it but he loved me so much he made a way for me to go to heaven. all i did was asked him to come into my life and believe that he would. if he will do it for me he will do it for anybody.

Accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior at age 15. I was raised in a rural Southern Baptist Churh where my Grandmother played the piano and we were there everytime the doors were open. After Miss Deb and I got married in '75, we began going to the Methodist Church. She was an Episcopalian so we settled on middle ground.
Adios,
Gary

Back in Feburary I donated a hunt to a christian youth group to help raise money for their summer camps. The group is called Cross Trails Outfitters and from what I can tell they are doing a great job with the young men of tomorrow helping bring Christ into their lives through hunting and fishing. I was able to hunt with some of the young men Tuesday night on a coon hunt here while the other half of the group went on a hog dog hunt. It is great being able to see the look on the faces of these young men when the hounds open and then tree! I have always tried to be involved in getting our next generation out here in the great outdoors and this is a great way to do it. I am going to volunteer as much time as I can to this group, through hunt donations and my time helping out on some of their hunts. I any of you guys would be interested in getting involved you can contact me here or @ tracknthetrail@gmail.com My name is Kevin and the Texas Coordinator is Kevin also, he can be reached @ 210-372-3580

Been a christian all my life got baptized less then a year ago. I'm 33 now my wife and both kids are also christians. Christ has will change your life for the better. Read a great book a while ago called understanding jesus by Joe Ammaral. He also has a show on TV called first century foundations. I highly recommend it. There is also a good magazine called Creation magazine. Great stuff about why science isn't accurate. Josh

I was born and raised Mormon but turned away at 15. At the age of 28 (now 30) I finally found out who Jesus really was and accepted his gift. I have my beautiful wife to thank as when we started dating she asked me to go to church with her. I said I would I admit at first it was to impress her but I came to actually enjoy it. I didn't mean any offence to any Mormons on here but organized religion is not for me. After bout 5 years back in church. I finally had a Pastor that was able to pound it into my thick skull it's not about the walls of the building or the number of members etc it's about my relationship with Jesus and it's that simple. Sorry that was long winded but in short saved 2 years ago got my first hound 3 weeks ago.
