"HoundDawg" once wrote that a buddy of his told him that "You could be anything you want on the Internet"... I have come to see this to be a true statement.

There are lots of people on the Internet, that sure claim to be one when in fact they are anything but.

I'm lucky to have met some good friends and good "Houndsmen" on the internet and for that I am truely greatful. Recently though it seems that anyone can read a few posts and "Talk the talk". I bet the true houndsmen of old looking down on all of this banter, would not be impressed.

I for one, have resolved to hunt more and post less. I'll let all you "Internet Houndsmen" have at it!

well hell, just cause a guys on here alot dont mean he aint a "houndsmen"

maybe some fellas are like me, times are tough this year and i'll be the first to admit i cant afford to go out 10 times a week like i did this time last year..especially with all this "progress" we got goin on,gotta drive further to hunt
hell i dont even live in county zoned land anymore starting july turns out i live in town..spots are dryin up out here and everywhere you look theres a walgreens or a walmart on the corner
so heres what i really know about the game i hunt with my dogs, i go out in the desert, drop the tailgate and tell ol gunner dog "go on and get you some" and SOMETIMES we'll circle a cottontail real good and on a rare occasion i'll shoot it
thats it.

LOL, those were my thoughts too. But, I wasnt's going to get into any pissin contest. Let them soak down each other. LOL, I'll just sit back and watch until i'm sick of it, and then just move on to another post.
