If you enjoyed El Gato 2, you will definitely enjoy Lion Tracks with Steve Biggerstaff. He shows more of the trailing than the usual pop and drop videos and alot of it is in the dirt and some pretty hairy canyons. There is also a really neat segment where a lion is bayed up on a cliff with the dogs right in on him. Some of the footage at the beginning is pretty shaky and it's a little expensive for 45 minutes but it's worth it.

+2 on the country. Looks like a guy could have some fun back there and never bump into anyone else.

You said it, This was alot better than El Gato or El Gato 2, by far the best hound dvd I have seen. Showed alot of dog work. And very ,very nice shots.
The thing I really liked about it is Steve let cats go and he only shot big toms instead of those DINKS in the El Gato shows. Worth the money.

That's right on, a guy needs to be careful if he loans this video out. Might not get it back

El gato dvds suck.
Biggerstaffs is good, good footage and dog work you normally dont get to see.
Looks like he has some nice hounds 8)
2 cats were 'iffy' (subs) but whatever... still better than elgato lol

Haven't seen it but glad to hear theres more dog work footage. I've said this a hundred times that every hound hunting video or TV show I've ever seen starts at the tree. I wish I could start a hunt at the tree.

I bought 2 hounds 3 years ago from steve. Really good honest houndsman and all he does is hunt. He sent me this dvd because one ove my dogs is in a couple of the hunts. I got a walker and a majestic walker cross from him and they are the best handling well mannered dogs I have ever owned.

Don't remember any sub adults in Steve's video, it is my favorite. The El Gato videos are good as well in my opinion, anyone catchin lions in that rough, dry country in AZ is a stud lion hunter. As for the size thing, who cares. Those guys are catchin lions in tough conditions and have good dogs. Lions in AZ aren't as big as in other western states. Both good videos, but Biggerstaff's is the best lion video I've seen.
