My dog's have never chased deer that I know of. Should I run them with dog's that are known deer chaser's

I would not. I have seen dogs that have never chased deer get "talked into" chasing by other dogs.

I would take the time to set em up to chase deer and correct them if they did. Mule deer on the side of the road can come in pretty handy for that, good way to get em broke.
Or of course you can send em down a lion or bear track and just wing it like BTS would do. I would prefer to have the problem dealt with before ruining a perfectly good chase on purpose with known trashy dogs. 100% trash broke doesn't exist IMO, close, but not quite. Even the best ones will make a liar out of you once in a blue moon if you claim 100% trash broke.

I guess i should have been more specific, i was referring to a young age, but either way its pretty easy to cure.

Haven't had a trash race yet huh? WOW thats impressive! I bet yer the only guy with hounds in existance that hasn't had a dog trash out, or maybe they don't get the chance since they can't strike anything behind another truck. Guess that does make a difference on cold tracks though, it must, cause the truck behind never picks up a strike that the lead truck missed now does it

Guess it depends on how effective your beginning stages of training are.
I've walked and free cast them since 6 months old...
However all we have for trash is deer and elk.

Here in lies your problem Larry, your hounds are smarter than you, mind you, the rocks you stumble on when you walk are also smarter.

Some people have nothing better to do than downtalk others in an attempt to make themselves look better, or maybe just feel better. I guess there could be many reasons.... When every post has a jab inserted for the purpose of being a jerk (or whatever it may be) it degrades the oppinion others have of you in general as well as your reputation and credibility. Everyone reads these posts and it becomes clear what kind of person is by what they say and how they say it.

Yes thats very true Idaho.
But sometimes a guy just cant believe the crap certain people chime in with with every chance they get and they let that get the better of them.
Oh well, anybody trying to build/maintain or acquire any sort of reputation online is likely lacking the respect they hope for in person so if one were to judge him for it, he's better off not worrying about what that person thinks anyways !
