H49 bucket heaters

I bought 7 of the new H-49 Farm Inovators 250 watt water bucket heaters/Deicers. They seemed to be working really well for the first few weeks but last week 2 quit working all together and one shorted out and melted down. So I sent them back. Anybody else trying these out?
