Anybody have any luck with this line of dogs? Ive gotta 2 year old thats just not making the grade.

Mostly just show dogs from what I've heard.

I have a 7 and a 2 yr old female.
I bred my B&T male to the 7 yr old on two occtions and the pups have all been very good.
The female has been a solid tree and trail hound since I took her on her first hunt at 9 months old.
The 2 yr old female was the same, right in on the cats until she got worked over real good by a big tom that was wounded.

I am very happy with both my Kosnik hounds.

Brent, have you crossed them to any Cameron's yet?

The B&T male that I bred to the Kosnik female is actually 1/4 Cameron.
Those pups are real good, hunt hard and I like the way they tree and stay.
I have 2 full Cameron pups that I got from Del last Nov. and I am toying with the idea to breed my one 3/4 Cameron / 1/4 B&T pup to the Cameron female.
I'd like to stay true with Del's breeding,however the B&T's I have are real good solid hounds and I hunt them off the leash all season with few problems.
I hunt the Cameron pups off leash as well. they listen good and stay within 50 - 100 yds of me at most times!!!!!
Both are very cold nosed and focused, the 3/4 Cameron male is just shy of 100 lbs. and I have him 8 ft' off the ground in a cottenwood trying to get at a lion.
He is one of the best pups I believe I have ever had.. trees hard and nose to the ground all the time.
Here are some of the hounds working this month.
Personally I do not think you can go wrong with one of Janet's hounds , I have had excellent success with the 2 I have.
