It never ceases to amaze how dumb some wildlife officials are. Or maybe they just take the quote from the one that is few cans short of a six pack.

My guess is because the thing has hardly ran and the snow is crusty junk. It's bleeding just like every other dog that is trying to run in these conditions.

I seen that they look alot like a coyote I wanted to load a dead yote on my dog box and go drive around that area. Maybe I would have made the news like O.J. did in a not so high speed chase.
