Magnum Telemetry...anyone having problems?

Is anyone besides me having a problem getting your order? I ordered (paid for) a collar on the 15th of December, it got here about the middle of January- wrong frequency so I had to send it back. I know they recieved it and were going to send the right one but its now Feb. 26th and still no collar. Also their phone number is not working. I have left emails. I love their collars and have purchased collars, antennes and tracking units from them this is the first problem I've had. Anyone know anything or having similar problems?

I don't know what the problem is but, bought a new collar before bear season . Didn't get it til the end of season. Then went to use it and it was dead sent it back all most 3 months ago still no collar a month ago asked for the money back Gary said ok still no money

Our experience was'nt good.
My wife ordered 2 collars and we were billed for them that week. She was told they would ship the following week. Two weeks later there were still no collars, so she called again. Was told they were waiting on parts. The next week after a few days of no answer she finally reached someone. Was told they would ship the following week. Still no collars. The following week she calls again and is told they had shipped. When we finally received the collars the invoice showed them shipping after she had last called.
I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from Magnum Telemetry for what ever thats worth.

Boy this seem to be the same song and dance of this company for quite some time now. Two years ago I sold my old tracking box and went with a Magnum that tracks all freq. and traded in some old collars for some new ones on a promotion they were having. Oh christ what a nightmare. Long story short after talking to them a number of times about get getting a couple collars with the right freq. and tree switches which they could not seem to handle. I called them up after about 2 months of this and told them that I wanted to wash my hands of the whole deal. Keep the collars and I'll send the tracking box back. I just want my money back. Nope no deal It was over the thirty day money back guarantee. Never mind that at this point I still did not have my collars, but my credit card had been charged.
Do not do business with Magnum Telemetry.
Stitch it's funny you mention "were waiting for parts". Heard that many a times.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear this from other people, I REALLY like Magnum's Collars, I guess if I don't get it soon I'll have to call my bank and get a dispute going to get my money back. My friends have bought a ton of collars from them over the last couple years so I was really hoping the problem was just with my last shipment

The only order I ever placed, I never received so I called to find out what was going on and she told me she lost my credit card information from the phone in order so that is why I never received anything.......I became more upset that they lost my credit card information.
