Any Mechanical Folks around Baker City, OR??

I have a brother in law.. (not mechanically inclined) who broke down. They are getting a tow into Baker city as I type. Three kids, and three dogs..
It's a 05 desiel. It Just shut down.
My guess is fuel, would like to swap out both filters and see if that fixes it. The Lower filter takes a special tool. I don't know if these trucks have cps or not.
Ford will be able to look at it On monday should be covered under the powertrain waranty, I'm just seeing if someone can try to get them up and running sooner.
