white cloud walkers?

I have heard a few times about white cloud walkers but dont know much of anything about them...any care to elaborate for me please ?

lol funny guy huh...I will admit you had me. when the screen opened up all i could see was the not really part and i was like what the hell dick lol than i scrolled down
