DayGlo Collar conversion

I've had several questions about the DayGlo Collar conversions and what is the process. I took some Photo's of the conversion process so people could see how easy it was..
Hardest part about the job for a hound guy was finding the tools.. Not that we don't have tools, but you want the right size, and a screw driver with a Good head on it... You need a Small to Medium Philips screwdriver, and a Pair of Needle Nose Pliers.
Here are two Links with the process. One is Low resolution quick loading but doesn't have the best photo quality, The second is a Higher resolution so you can zoom in and Look at the Parts if you are curious as to what and how to do this.
