Bobcat pens in wis or up

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any bobcat pens in wis or the up? If so possibly the place or # thank you!

there's Jr. Heinze in Montley MN for a cat and coyote pen but he wants like 500 a month for his cat pen. I talked to him about a month or two ago and he won't let anyone run his cats you have to leave the dogs with him. but from what i have heard he's not one to go to.
