Plateau Fishlake spring tag

Hi I am new to this site. But anyway my buddies boss drew a fishlake spring tag and i was wonderin if anyone had any pointers or tips for the area i have access to the johnson mt. ranch on the north end of the unit. so if anyone can help i would appreciate it.
