Jake treed a nice male bobcat yesterday morning but since we have a season now in AZ I had to leave it in the tree. Anyhow I went back around noon with my new 4 month old pup to see if he could trail it alone. Damn thing was still up the tree! So I went home and came back at 4pm... still up the tree?! Guess it liked that tree alot

Anyone else seen this before?

Had a bear in a tree for TWO days!
Drove by the second day and did a double take, black blob 30' up a maple tree stood out like a sore thumb.
We walked down to the tree to see if it was still alive and he was.
Went back the third day because I just had to see and he had come down.

Guess I should clarify two days as in up one afternoon and still there the next afternoon so technically 24hrs but less than 48 (not there the next day)

Caught a lion in a shallow cave once. The cave was about 10ft opening 8 ft deep guess really more of a over hang in the middle of a bluff. We pulled the dogs left the lion laying in the cave. Came back by about 4 hrs later and he was still there taking a nap

Same thing with a lion treed in one morning and the next day about noon it was still there in the tree. I've treed a few though and come back a few hours later and they had come out and crossed back on the road or were gone from the tree. Lions look pretty out of place climbing back down out of a tree though.
