I was going to start training a couple of my hounds on bear and was just wondering if during the summer I could take them out and trail actual bears. I know the spring time you can't run bears. So of some one could help me that would be great thanks

As long as it is during a bear hunt with dogs... Which I don't think starts until August 6...

And if you are riding with someone who has a lisence, or the truck in front of you has one, and you are in their party, you can dump your dogs...

Pretty much the perfect state for a felon who wants to hunt hounds LOL

The quick answer is no. You can't trail any animals that aren't in season. Arizona doesn't have a pursuit season yet. (they are working on it) During the fall bear season you must possess a hunting license and a bear tag. Trust me you don't want to tempt the AZ Game and Fish boys, alot of them have a hardon for hound hunters so make sure you follow the rules.
