Heck Robb, At 43 you're not even starting to get rebuilt yet. I've had a shoulder rebuilt, carpal tunnel in one hand, need the other, healing up right now from knee surgery, looking into having the other knee done in August. Shoot, you're still young and got your whole life ahead of you. Good luck!!!

lol... Benny don't argue with a ol' fart...lol I feel like I'm in my 80s when on foot chasing after these hounds. Hell..I may have to train this off season and loss 20 pds. I don't have horses or ATVs. I drive my rig as far as it can go then it's foot power. The cardio is not what it was.. :beer

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention Cardio Miopathy too. It's all good though, I don't fit the profiles in the medical books - don't ever pass out until bed time! I sure can spur the fire out of that mule though!

OK kids. How about 51. I had to take one of those heart stress tests last year. They put me on this heart monitor thing and told me to start walking/running on thier treadmill. I hit level 6 (the hightest) at 35 minutes and finally got my heart rate up to where they wanted it. The nurse later told me only one other guy ever had to go to level 6, one of the Avalanche hockey players. So don't let your age get in the way of having fun. Live every day like the age you feel!

Benny don't forget it's not the year model, it's the miles that add up. In your case meanness and stubbornness will heal most wounds. I figure it will still be a few years before you'll need a full overhaul though.

Kiel,
You are only partially right. while the miles compounded with the adrenaline do add up, the meanness and stubornness of that old woman I married has only agrivated the wounds!

Knockn on 54, been shoveln the chit from these bawln hounds since i was 12 and still get on the ol power machete every now and then and fall alittle timber too. Probably will until i cant get out of bed anymore. To slow on the keys to get into the wrecks and cluster Fs but if i coulid do it all again i wouldnt change a thing! Lots of speriance on this site for you young bucks absorb all of it u can and apply what works for you cuz so far ive never got a dog yet that came with an operators manual lol

I wasn't talking about your sweet wife. But you know how it is, some of us young bucks that have not been around all that long, sometimes have issues getting our point across.
