Does anyone have a good plan on making a dog walker?

I've been told old cement mixers do the trick but I am waiting for someone to make one and tell me if it works.

I have never tried the treadmill type as it seems it would be an all day effort to excercise 4-5 dogs on one. To buy 4-5 treadmills, one could buy a top of the line, factory walker and get the job done quickly.

My wife's grandfather used an old rear end from a junked car and a motor out of a washer machine.
