I ran a set of french drain in the back of my slab and it dropped into a 55 gallon barrel that was 90% in the ground. Off the barrel I ran a forty foot leach line. Have been ude'n it for 3 yrs now with no problems. Under the leach line there is 3ft of rocks under it to help. Jeffro

you can build a septic system really cheap. 2 plastic pickle barrels the bigger the better, 55 to 80 gallons each. connect them with a piece of 3" PCV pope with 90 degree elbow on the first one facing down. from the second one do the same, leading to your leach field. burry the tanks to a level that will alow the discharge from the kennels to flow down into them. fill the leach ditch with gravel and cover with straw then dirt. Do not use belach to clean your kennels, it will kill the bcteria in your leach system.
After 30 years of fighting septic tank and leach field, I found a simple mixture that drastically improves activity in a septic system. It's equal parts; Baking soda, Brown sugar and Yeast. (do not mix in advance becauseit grows). put in a handfull once every 6 months and you will never have to pump it.
Best of luck: Bob
