I lost a purple tracking colar in unit 4 in Idaho about two weeks ago I will give a $50.00 reward if returned. it is a wildlife 16,000 hr 217.485 freq. it fell off along a road while rigging. should still be giving off a signal

I imagine that he's already tried that. Someone probably picked it up, shut it off, and plans to return it or keep it.

Did you have your name and contact info on it? If so, then you probably know the answer of the guys intentions.

Yes i could track it but i cant get a sig. on it so im shure some one picker it up. No my name isnt on it but i figured if a dogger picked it up i may have a chance if the word got out and if a non hound hunter picked it up they may not know how to ture it off and some one may get a beep on it, it is a long shot but its a shot.

Keep your eye on craigslist. I have seen a few turn up there .

Good thinking posting your lost collar on here read your post a week or two ago and last night a buddy(fellow dog hunter) was over and happened to mention a lady at gas station in Kingston asked if he lost a tracking collar. So good news Brian they still had it I picked it up today. So we will hook up and get it back to you.

yeah its caused me some awful headaches the last 5 years!lol but im sure i will be seen again there in a couple weeks!
