hey benny i was wondering if you could tell me about the parents to those pups you sold bruce i ended up with the red and white one an really like him

The dog is Bandit - from Larry Hendrix. Bandit probably weighs 30 - 35 pounds, and is a red tic. The bitch is Freckles - a cross from a male from Richard Dickerson, and a reg. blue tic bitch. Feckles might weigh 5 pounds more than Bandit. We can't find the papers for the blue tic, so Wesley can't remember how she was bred. Both parents of your pup are dry gound lion dogs. Bandit will jump on a lion and try to eat it. Freckles used to, but 2 years ago those dogs caught a very large tom in a crack in a bluff. As the dogs went in after the lion, they would slide down the loose rock, and end up right in the lion's mouth. Several dogs got hammered in the deal with some big vet bills. Freckles decided that she still loved to catch lions, but that face to face stuff was for the others! Clyde Lawson and Big Horn Posse have the other litter mates. If I remember correctly, your pup is the biggest of the bunch. Keep me posted.
