Anyone know how the hunting is in New Mexico? Hogs, bears, cats and such?

Generally speaking hunting in the New Mexico mountains is pretty good. In addition to what you listed deer, elk and antelope are fairly numerous. There are hogs in places, but not nearly as numerous as in some states. There is a lot of public land in N.M. The desert areas are not as accessible and do not contain game like the mountains.

Thankyou BawlMouth! Family of mine own some land out there in Mt. Withington and my family and I are considering moving out there in the near future. Thanks again for the info.
