West coast telemetry does a great job and has a very quick turn around time on their work the problem may lay with the type of collar you have they don’t do sealed type collars such as Wildlife materials or quick track those will have to be sent back to the maker. Collars that are epoxy sealed such as Johnson or kline and other similar type collars they can do. Give them a try I am pleased with their work and will do further business with them.
