I just need to vent, I am frustrated with the service huntsmart.com has given me.
I placed an order on the 7th, was billed immediately. Never received an email confirmation about anything.
FINALLY on the 19th got an email that SOME of my order was shipped out. It wont be here for 2 more weeks because they have to use Fedex to USPS and then too me.
I am NEVER ordering anything from them again. I hate when an online store takes my money and puts me on the back-burner for weeks.
I am just ANNOYED and want to kick up dirt.
From what I have heard I am not the only person to have to deal with some bs when buying from them.
The same day I ordered from huntsmart I also ordered from midway usa and sierra trading post and got both of those orders a week ago.

I was going to delete because these threads are not really my style but more grumbling instead! I ordered 2 collars and they billed me for 6, and they are sending them out two at a time weeks apart. Not to mention they are all the wrong size.
What a mess.

I have had really good luck with them and I haven't found cheaper collar prices yet.

I refuse to buy anything from them anymore. You are right their service sucks, BAD. I have switched over to lioncountry.com Their service is great.

LC supply is good.
I also like the collars and leads from Eisenhutkennels, real nice and the engraved plates are top quality. I like to support the smaller guys when I can.

I had great luck before huntsmart with gundog supply.
I have not ordered anything from LC supply but have heard enough positive reviews that I might see how they do.

I've had good service from Lion Country the couple times I have ordered from them. For the most part I tend to stick with Boatman's. Always had great service and good luck with their products.

I like Lion Country, they are always great to work with, have good prices and specials going on. Fast to get your stuff and it's good quality... I really like there nameplates, but the prices on collars and collar selection isn't always the best.

For collars I go to www.Custom-Collars.com they are really fast, I swear I've ordered one night and got my collars the next day! Very good quality, and huge selection!

i have always had geat service with night light and you cant be there collar prices for what i have seen.

Custom Collars has the exact same thing (better quality from what I've seen) at almost half the price, and they are way faster.

only issue I can really bitch about about nitelite is the cost of shipping and slow shipping. I like their products as I always order the thick leather collars and the leather tree leads just wish I didnt have to pay the expensive shipping costs and wait forever.

Holy SHEEEEEEEEIIIIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just spent over an hr. trying to order collars and wouldnt process my order. If I could make Nitelight feel pain right now I would. Anyone know anthing about VooDoo dolls?
