Cold Remedy

A friend told me of a new one.
He had been reading about it for a week.
Rub Bottom of feet with vicks and put socks on and go to bed.
Will go thru entire body overnight.
Better half and myself had a chest cold.
Tried it last night.
Breathing better today.
