i am wanting to breed my dogs so i can get 1 0r 2 pups out of them to keep. but as many know that try to sell pups it can be kind of hard. i was wondering if anyone thought i would have a hard time selling them. they would b born in feb the female just came into heat. the female is a black and tan i got from ken duncan. and the male is a black and tan i have had for about a year and a half. both r registered. i just got the female about 4 months ago so i dont have pics or nothing of here on any game yet but from what i have seen so far i think she is going to b an excellent dog. the male is really good at running the track and an excellent tree dog. i have pics of him on lion and bear. he even treed a bear by himself which my buddy ended up harvesting. i just dont want to end up with a bunch of pups that i have to keep haha. any input would b appreciated.

I wouldn't worry if you couldn't sell them all. You could always give them away. A 6-week old pup is nothing but potential regardless of the bloodlines. I would buy a dog that had some training on him but I would be hard pressed to spend much on a pup. You just never know what it'll grow into. Just my opinion.

Well I have three bloodhound pups left. What would you suggest I start them on? I willing to get them started, but they could be used for so many different game , not sure what would sell best? Maybe coon? My bitch runs bobcat? Yet the stus runs bear? So really not sure what I could start them on to sell them quicker. :?:
