I have a dc 20 collar that I couldnt get shut off had to take apart and un plug. can a guy replace the little push button on off switch his self or do you have to send it in?

Andy, that was one of the issues with the DC20's. You usually have to send them in. I happen to have a case with a good on/off switch in it that the board went bad in it. I can drop it off tomorrow if you want.

Scott, I ment to say it was the dc 30 collar. Thanks for the great offer though. I cant figure out how the switch actually works as its not hooked to anything I took apart one of my other ones just to se how it worked and the switch isnt hooked to anything. How in the heck is that?
