looking for a fox pen in nc

my dogs are ready for a fox pen. about all they'll run now is fox. that's bad becausse i don't want them to run fox, or deer. i want to break them off fox and think i can do it if i ran them in a pen and used a shock collar. do any of you know of a pen in eastern nc? i found one. thanks anyway.
