Friday finally had a morning when we could all get out. it was foggy in the valley but turned into a real beaut when we got to about 2000' started roading all the dogs threw a burnt over cut and bang a good hard strike about two miles in the dogs took the cat straight up the mountain and treed in this old burnt over oak. real nice tom that we will run again another day.this all happened within an hour after leaving the truck so we decided what the heck and pulled them off and ventured further into the cut. we roaded probaley at least another 5 miles before we had another strike this one went straight up a dry creek and treed so we proceeded to climb up and take a look just as we got to the tree a dog decided she had waited long enough for us, and she climbed up and pushed this bob out man the race was on then, over an hour later and at least a couple of miles and some major shenanigans the dogs finally caught this one up a madrone tree. i do believe if you can make these guys climb a madrone it was getting pretty hot on the ground you really have to look to see this one it took a good 5 minutes to locate it
this one will also run again another day. boy i like it when plans come together.[*]

this is the second cat he's a little hard to see there was 5 fall river dogs 1 feather river dog and one dog in training for some one her name is qween

man billy you guys are puttin the hammer down on the cats, i keep tryin this cat stuff is new to me and the dogs, one of these days it will happen. ol jim was right when he said dont get frustrated cause you will.
