Charming hunting stories about a Hall of Fame plott. The punctuation is extremely eccentric, making it a little difficult to read, but the stories--mostly bears, some coon--cut to the heart of what hound hunting is about. The setting is IL, WI, MI.

Not a bad book, but could have been about twice as long. I felt there was a lot of information left out and he jumped around a lot. If your interested in plotts or bear hunting it is a must read, but could have been better.
