A heat source, fan, and thermometer.
Your shed should be kept at around 60 degrees to allow the furs to dry properly. The fan will help circulate the air and the thermometer is self explanatory. Plenty of nails or hooks to hang your furs from.
Misc, your basic fleshing and stretching supplies.

I would also put a dehumidifier in there if it gets to high after there are put up they will start to curl up on you. Are you going to be buying geen or just skinned? If your going to buy green might want to make or buy a skinning machine. They are easy to build or chep to buy but save so much trouble if your going to be doing alot of them. If you get on trapperman look up ADC he makes some good ones. You will need lots of stretchers wire and or wood and lots of pins.

I would also add to your list a tub or tote and lots of borax that stuff is great. It helps clean them up reallt nice and on fur out stuff you can skip the flip if you use the borax on flesh side. Also you might want to find an old dryer to use as a tumbler. If its a gas one just DON'T hook up the gas only plug it in, and if its elect just run it on 110V you only want it to spin NO HEAt. I run all mine in there before I flesh to clean and dry the fur and then after I flesh to soak up any grease. I just use pine shavings and a little borax.

thanks guys,i think ima have to work for my dad all summer and sell one of my favorite coon dogs just to do this but i think its gonna be worth it,no one here likes our fur dealer and everyone told me i should try it cause the amish guy rips evryone off..i took a beef hide,a HUGE coyote,a buncha coons that were all huge prime large or extra large boar coon that had no scars and were clean as a whistle,i also took some gray fox,red fox,and bobcats.. he wasnt gonna pay me for the beef hide til i reminded him (50$ and he didn remember) and he forgot the coyote too,he averaged 7$ on coon but the ones i took there after got 15$,his measuring scale is off by 4inches so he can rip u off..then when it was all done i just gave him the coons in exchange to flesh stretch and dry my coyote foxes and bobcats..he gave me the wrong gray fox too...he really wasnt worth dealing with and he offered a guy 10$ for a coon that was 41in from nose to ass hole and that guy got mad and kicked his trash can over and started yelling and they got into it...but most people like me so i should be alright..

Was that fur buyer buying in the green or finished pelts? Im not sticking up for the guy at all but you got to know he is a fur buyer to make money not to be every ones buddy and take a loss one everything he buys. Most guys that trap are doing it cause its fun they sell there fur to get back some of the money they spend on gas and supplies. There are few very few that doing it for a job. Most guys that are fur buyers do it to put food on the table and pay there bills. Thats one thing you will have to learn. If your going to buy a fur in the green or carcass you got lots of work till that pelt is done and ready to sell then it you get $15 for it you cant be paying the guys $12-$14 for it when you bought it. You are trying to start a business you have to have money to cover your expenses and make a profit or your business will fail. At the same time you will have to make sure to be far to the trappers you need to know the prices casue they change alot if a guy ask why are you paying that you need to know why. You must be able to grade the fur as you buy it.
