Got looking at some hunting pics from this spring and it got me missing spring bears, so I thought I would put up a couple pics that a hunter just sent me from his bear hunt this spring, lucky he was a photographer cuz he packed a big a** camera around with him every were. We came across this little brown bear walking a logging road and decided to try and get close for some pics. We got about 20yards away when he spotted us and ran to a tree and grabed it, I knew that he would climb, so I mad a run at him and put him up! the hunter thought that was awesome hahahah needless to say he got some real nice plus after seeing me barking under the tree made him want to come back with me and hunt bears with real hound dogs! enjoy!

I have a buddy that runs some baited hunts in Alberta. He says they catch them around the bait sites and spook them up the trees all the time.

Wonder if his wife will post him on classified as a started hound knowing that he may be worth more as a treeing bear hound rether than just a no good hound. :)
