I tried to go the cheaper route and it bit me in the a$$. You'll spend more money in the long run buying a cheaper product. Tri-tronics is the only wasy to go. Don't make the same mistake I did.

When you need the results you want that sucker to work every time... Tri-troincs is the best.
I have had friends that had other brands... dog-troincs,innotek and one other off brand that failed to work in the moment of dire need. one note... always check the unit when you strap in on to make sure the little test light shows it is working.
Previous to getting the trashbreaker I had an old a-70....several years ago. My hunting pardner had a Dt-300 the old unit I had would get results about twice the range as his...

The new Tri Troni EXP is the way to go in the 2 mile Trashbreaker. You can by the transmitter and one collar and then save some more and add collars up to 6 for each unti as you go. Initial investemnt a bit less than $500. and worth every penney. Don't waste time and money trying those bird dog untis and dock dog unit or whatever the Dog Whisperer recomends. Get the real deal developed initially for houndsmen by a houndman Dale Lee. Tri Tronics Tuscon, AZ/

I have to ask. Who is shocking their dogs 2 miles away? How do you have any clue what the dog is doing from that far away? I have the classic 70 G2 exp and I've never wished it had more range. I think its 689 for a 4 dog system and I can't imagine the trashbreaker is that much better for the considerable additional cost. Just curious. Anthony
