Lion coyote kill

How many of you have found where a lion killed and burried a coyote? I did yesterday and it was kind of out of the norm for me. I am used to seeing a deer or elk but a coyote was interesting.

Iv found about 5 not burried just eatin, just the hide and skull was left of them.

same here, coyote was eaten just head and a few feet left. looked like it had been killed by female w/ 2 50 lb. kittens still with her.

Hmmm....and here in utah with such a decline in lion population our coyote and porcupine populations have grown quit a bit...

Sounds like when they do it they are pretty damn hungry cause there's not much left.
This one appears typical, just skin and a skull left.
He was ambushed by a Tom while trotting up the road.

Bplott- Thats funny you say that becuase I live here in Southern Utah and thats where I found that kill. I was told by a buddy of mine that this is quite common in the area we hunt.
