It's a start..hopefully our elected officials will keep pushing in congress to have the delisting completed there. There is nothing in this agreement to stop the groups that bailed on the deal from bringing another suit!

Personally I don't see this as a win. We have tried to play by the rules for years and they have thrown it in our faces and allowed the elk herds to be decimated. Now that we are about to GUT the ESA they now say it's ok for MT and ID to be delisted. THEY say it's ok??? Screw that, I say we tell our representatives in our non-representative government to full speed ahead and gut the ESA. That is the only way this crap will not come back into play in the future. NOW it's ok to delist MT and ID.....NOW, because THEY said it's ok?? BS!!!!!!!!!! At a min they should not stop until WY is also delisted. Plus they don't need MT and ID anymore they have a foothold here and in OR. How long before they are well entrinched in this LIBERAL state. They will NEVER receive the pressure from the citizenship like they have in MT and ID from WA and OR. So they will not need to delist in the future.

This is a last ditch effort for them to keep a foot hold. If they can bluff and con the states and USFWS service to back off and convince the legislators that they intend to play nice they can strike again with another bull sh*t frivolous law suit while they show up at our kid's bus stops.
